hi,

I created a customer survey form in a confluence page by using "Form for Confluence".  and I had enabled Anonymous to "View" the page.

by using the public link the page is loaded successfully, however, the Anonymous user received "you don't have access to see this content" message for the survey,

@Guan Jingjiang welcome to Atlassian community!

Have you created a public space so that anonymous users can be able to access? here is a detailed step you will need to take to gather public feedback https://docs.adaptavist.com/f4cc/latest/get-started/how-to-gather-data-from-external-sources. If that didn't fix your issue then I would suggest reaching out to the vendor support (https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/8)
