App Error when loading Confluence Page

I'm getting the following error when loading a confluence page:

App is not responding. Wait or cancel?

-> Cancel doesn't do anything

-> Can I find out what app is causing an issue

I have other errors running a plugin and I'm not sure if it's related

It does happen once in a while... I'd contact the vendor as they'd be able to investigate what's happening.

Typically... it's one of the following

• essentially some events misfiring and not hitting the required DB when expected so app's not responding as it's not getting the expected data back (sorry for layman's wording :) ) 
• Atlassian-induced change that is affecting the app in an unexpected way - the vendors I had the chance to work on issues like that responded extremely fast with a workaround update and, likewise, Atlassian either reversed the change or worked with the vendor to mitigate the issue.

Any idea how to find out which app is misfiring ? I can't see a way to determine

It seems to have stopped now

I always got that warning in place where a normal notification from that app appear so it was clearly identifiable...

Thanks for me its just under the nav bar ... and I don't think there's anything normally shown there.
