The licensing tiers just plain suck.
We have 100 users and need just 25 more licenses but since they have such crap tiers that means we need to buy 125 more licenses than we even have employees. We were considering buying a bunch of add-ons too, so then we get to pay for another 125 add-ons too. Which means we have to spend several thousand dollars more and we will NEVER use the accounts.
We are trying to get started on this product but frankly, this poor licensing model making us reconsider given we pretty much have to pay for double the licenses we can use just to get all our users in there.
PLEASE come up with a more reasonable model. 50 packs would work well. Having to buy 150 licenses to cover 25 employees is crazy.
