All our users (including admins) are now getting "Error connecting to the server" when attempting to add files to a page. We use the cloud version. Any ideas?

Hi Joe,

5 possible answers:

  1. Your browser has a plugin or setting that is causing the problem (e.g. your network admins have rolled out a Group Policy update)
  2. Your computer has trouble connecting to the internet.
  3. Your network has trouble connecting to the internet.
  4. Your ISP is not providing you with a stable internet connection.
  5. There is a problem with Confluence Cloud.

Try trouble shooting each problem.  If the problem continues, contact Atlassian Support.  They'll help you find the problem.
