Alert Reminders to Dates in a Table

Alert Reminders to Dates in a Table

Is there a way to create alert reminders for dates added to a table? Is there a way to connect Google Calendars to a Table?

Thanks,

Bill

Hi @William Holsey

There is no "out of the box" solution from confluence. You can't remind someone out of a table.

But there are some cloud apps for you.

Hope this helps

Regrads, Dominic

Thanks Dominic!  MUCH appreciated!

Not for a table, but you can add reminders to a complete page or a page tree with the Better Content Archiving app.

It works like this:

  1. Go to the page
  2. Add an expiration date and check the checkbox if it applies to child pages, too (see the shot below)
  3. Add one or more owners

When the expiration date comes, custom notifications will be sent to who you configure: owners, original author, last modifier, specific users and groups. The app supports many other features to allow managing the lifecycle of your Confluence Cloud content, see the user documentation.
