After Publish page still appear in Reviewed columns

I published the page in confluence but still it appears in Reviewed list .  it should disappear from the Reviewed-list.Screenshot 2021-11-29 at 11.57.25.png

It looks like you are using the workflow-report macro in Comala Document Management. I recommend that you replace this macro with the Document States Report Macro that has many performance and capability improvements.

that doesn't look like a standard Confluence feature. Can you share more details what app you are using for that?
