After the AD is integrated, user login is slow. After viewing the official document, the user accesses the LDAP server and synchronizes the login to the local server. How can we solve this problem?
I have several instances where I don't have issue with slow login. Perhaps there is some network congestion. How long is the sync when you try to sync the users from AD manually?
That seems reasonable. Would suggest investigating your jira logs and your browser developer console to see if anything else is happening besides login transactions. Possibly errors that it is trying to self correct or timeouts.
