Hello,
my team's confluence will be deactivated in 3 days, but my team's administrator has resigned. His account has been lost. You can check that this account has been offline for a long time. All the documents on my atlassian net are written by me. I want to have an admin access in order to preserve the files and request the full Standard plan for my team. 
I am the manager of my team now. But I don't know the corporate-owned domain email address of the former authorized contact. But If you need me provide other identifications, please tell me.

I have already reported in this way and received the mail. But when I wanted to reply, it is said that the email I  sent had been returned : The message transfer process is interrupted, usually because the recipient advocates@am.atlassian.com ) Internal system failure of the service provider.
