Admin rights for products

I have a problem, because I cannot manage the product I want. I want to be able to convert it to paid subscription and also add users. Which I cannot do at the moment.

I have created a product (Product 1) and a space with loads of useful data and I am regularly using it. I was under impression that I am an admin there. 

Under my user profile this product is showing - Product 1 along with Product 2 that I have. https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/products

My Admin console shows only 1 product (Product 2 only). And that's no the one I want to manage.

Anyone knows that is the reason and what could be an advice.

 

P.S I tried to export a space from Product 1 ( which I cannot magange) to Product 2 (Which I can manage) but It does not work as links are not working. So its of no use really.

Hi @Ola Ptashuk 

This means you don't are the ORG admin of that domain.

Is this an Atlassian instance you created?

If you are also not able to export a space, that means you don't have these permissions, only the Confluence Admin can export it for you then, or you will need the appropriate rights to be granted to you.

1. I created this domain from scratch and therefore I should be the org Admin. Is there anyone who can help?

 

2. I can export the space, it is not a problem. The problem is that after I import it, the links which were a part of the content in the space - are not working.  This undermines the whole purpose of exporting really.

 

I think I know what might have gone wrong with number 1 above, it looks like I was removed by mistake. Can anyone help?

You would need to reach out to Atlassian Support.

Atlassian is the only one that could restore an instance.
