Adding tooltip(or a similar alternative) to dynamically adding text inside saffolding data

Hi! I Am very new in Confluence and I'm interested if there a way to add some "help" text to a text when a mouse hover it.

So i have following dynamic table: 

And here is the result of this table. My idea is to add a card with addithonal information for each "service" and it will be as toggled info when mouse hover this text:

Is it possible? I tried to use "tooltip" macro but its not working with dynamic table.

You could use another 3rd party add-on for this such as:

• Tooltip for Confluence

There's also a few hints on writing a User Macro on this page:

• Add Tool Tip to Normal Text

The article is a bit old, so I cannot confirm if it will work for the most recent version of Confluence, but it's worth a try.
