Adding text formatting (header format) to the top of "expand"

I'm adding "expand" dropdowns and want the top of the dropdown to have header formatting. It currently won't let me change the format of the expand title.

Currently, there are no options to format the Expand Macro. This option has been ruled out by Atlassian some time ago:
