Hi everybody,
I am new to this forum.
Coming straight forward with my question:
I have set up a wiki for internal use. As this wiki is about a 3rd party tool I wanted to give access to the developer of this 3rd party tool so they can check if everything is correctly described.
I just want them to have reading rights and not be able to change anything/ delete anything. How is this possible?
Looking forward to your help.
PN: I am on a free plan.
Hello Frederik,
Welcome to Atlassian Community. Thanks for joining us!
To have a read-only user, you need to modify the Confluence permissions. The Confluence Free tier doesn't give you this capability. See Manage permissions in the Free plan of Confluence Cloud for more information on that.
If you upgrade to the Standard Confluence version, you can allow read-only access. You can administer this in the global permissions and on each space individually.
I hope that helps, but let me know if you have any questions about that.
Take care,
Shannon
