Adding URL next to the content metadata

I'm trying to write a module. What i want to do is, adding simple URL under the title, next to the page metadata section (if that's correct section - created by x last modified by)

What i've tried is; web-item with section="system.content.metadata" but can't see the url. I know it's easy ways to do that but this is just a small part of a small plugin.

I'm just here to learn, will be glad for any help. Thank you.
