Add sidebar and navbar to new confluence page using decorators

I am creating a new page using web-item. The page is very similar to how "Page Information" looks like. but it does not have sidebar for scrolling through spaces/pages and also navbar/breadcrumb to return back to the page we came here. How should I make this possible? I have attached the new page that I create and also added screenshot for Page Information.

Kindly move this post to: https://community.developer.atlassian.com/ . To answer this,  AFAIK, Confluence has this. Standard Page Deorators to mimic most layouts and make your new web page look more Confluence but not for the side bar.
