Hi,
Can you please let me know how to add headers and footers to individual pages? I'm trying to transform our MS Word templates to Confluence pages, which can be easily exported/printed to share with external parties. Each template has a different header/footer depending on the product name or team, so having a standard header/footer is not going to work for us. Thank you!
It should be possible when exporting a whole space.
See the documentation on customizing PDF exports, it contains a section about the headers and footers:

Hello—this may have changed in Q3 2023, when Atlassian made some changes so that PDFs render more correctly, per a notice on the link that you posted. Do you happen to have an update on this, by chance? I'm in the medical device community and want to use Confluence to generate our docs that do tracing from configuration items through story and ultimately through test. I want to be able to export that document so that it is ready for document control. TIA.

Hi,
Not that I am aware of.
We recommend to our MedTech customers to either have a "header" and "footer" pages and bring the info in with the "include page" or "include excerpt" macros, or go with something like Scroll PDF exporter which has everything.
