Add A Full Width Image To A Confluence Page

In an attempt to make my wiki article a little more presentable i am after a way to add a full with image to the header of a wiki page

Dear Niel,

I'm not aware of a straigth forward method for this as the editor only supports to specify px as size. In case the HTML macro has been enabled in your instance you can put something like the following in an HTML macro:

<img width="100%" src="/download/attachments/5144600/P1000976.JPG?version=1&modificationDate=1489344353570&api=v2"></img>
