Dear Niel,

I'm not aware of a straigth forward method for this as the editor only supports to specify px as size. In case the HTML macro has been enabled in your instance you can put something like the following in an HTML macro:

<img width="100%" src="/download/attachments/5144600/P1000976.JPG?version=1&modificationDate=1489344353570&api=v2"></img>

Kind regards, Andreas
