There is an Active Directory forest. Confluence is accessed by system domain users via LDAP. After adding these users to the security groups of other Active Directory in the forest, users are no longer able to authenticate to Confluence.
@Pavel Rusakov Could you share a little more about how your LDAP query is setup? Are the users still syncing and showing up in Confluence? Are they still added to a group that applies a Confluence license?
