I am trying to access a Confluence page that was on a free plan using my personal Gmail account, but I am unable to do so. (The customer support confirmed it was deleted on 31-Jan-2024). I have important data and would like to regain access to this Confluence page. Is there any way to retrieve or access it again?
Hello @soyoung kim
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you referring to a single deleted page within a Confluence site, and entire deleted Confluence Space in a Confluence site, or an entire deleted Confluence site?
When you say that "customer support" confirmed it was deleted, were you communicating directly with Atlassian customer support?
A Confluence page (within a Space within a site) that is deleted is moved to a "trash" bin and remains there unless it is manually deleted from the trash bin. The Space Admin can restore a deleted page from the trash bin.

A Confluence Space (within a site) that is deleted is also moved to a "trash" bin and remains there unless it is manually deleted from the trash bin. The Confluence Admin can restore a deleted space.

Pages and Spaces that have been deleted from the trash bin cannot be recovered. They are permanently gone. The only recovery option would be to have previously taken a full backup of your Confluence space/site and restore the information from the backup.
If the Confluence site was deleted, and Atlassian support confirmed it was deleted in January 2024, then it is likely unrecoverable now. When a product/site subscription is cancelled it goes through several holding periods.
1. The site remains accessible until the next billing date.
2. The site is then deactivated, but is held for a limited time in case the owner changes their mind.
3. After that holding period is expired, Atlassian permanently deletes the site and it can no longer be recovered.
