Hi, so I added the comment in my Jira Issue element, but there is no comment shown on there. Also I noticed there are 2 configure, 1 is comment, 1 is comments, what's the different? On the other hand, I would like to add a column to indicate the criticality/ user impact so that any of us can mark down and prioritize accordingly, is it possible ?
Hi @Warren Chan
As far as I know, the Comment is not supported for Jira issues macro in Confluence Cloud:
Kindly refer to the following Atlassian ticket for your reference:

Thank you.
I see, thanks for the answer, it is a bit confuse when there is an option in configure but is not available to use. So there is no way to add a column to indicate the criticality/ user impact so that any of us can mark down and prioritize accordingly and more easy to read? Only can use text ?

Hi @Warren Chan
I suspect the Atlassian team is working on the feature, but it would be great to raise a ticket to check with the Atlassian team for confirmation.

Perhaps you should consider utilizing the native Priority field in Jira to indicate a ticket's urgency.
Alternatively, you may set up an automation to map the Priority field into a single-select list custom field with text and add the field into the column.
Thank you.

Agreed - it wouldn't hurt to open a support ticket to get their feedback and make your request known.
