What is the best way to bring a table in Confluence and be able to filter and sort?
Hi @Ana Maria Feito Horcajo,
You’ll need 3rd party apps to set a default sorting, apply filters and perform calculations in Confluence tables.
Our company develops the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app that fully suits your case: it supports manually created Confluence tables, macro generated tables (for example, Jira Issues and Page Properties Report) and Excel-like spreadsheets.
We’ll be happy to organize a live demo for you, please book a suitable time slot here.
Good day @Ana Maria Feito Horcajo, and welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Working with the default functionality of tables can be a bit complicated, thus, one of the best solutions out there is using a third-party app from the Marketplace.
One app that extends this functionality is Table Filter and Charts, which adds these functions and much more. Perhaps it could be useful for you?
All the best
Rodrigo
