API key never working

My colleagues and I who uses confluence API, all are having trouble logging in with API keys. We always get 401 authentication failure when using confluence API with API keys, but the API works fine with id and password login.

 

Can I get help to resolve this?

Try to use authentication with bearer token, not password.
