I manage a product where the User Manual is in a Confluence page, this has all the regular structure for a User Manual, but my team sometimes take much time for their duties trying to help users to understand a functionality (even after the trainings), and the user don't use the manual at all, because is to 'big'.
is their a way that we can add a chatbot, in this page, where the user can enter their questions/doubts, and the bot can deliver the right answer?

It may be possible to have your own AI bot trained with specific confluence pages. However , have not seen one embedded.
May want have an FAQ page for a start, so team members can look through as a starting point.
