Hello,
I have a free Cloud edition that I am currently working with but I keep encountering the "A long-running task has been initiated by another user" error message when I try to install apps. I cannot find a way to clear this state.
Can you provide some guidance on the steps I can take to clear this state or can you clear it for us?

Hi @Sue Rocha_Mibex Software_ , basically you have to contact Atlassian support, or wait until they see your post here. Then Atlassian has to take action.
Thanks @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- . I noticed that they cleared the state so I am good now and I am able to install apps again in my instance. Not sure if this was because of a periodic job or someone manually taking action but either way, I am back in business.
