How do I create a list of all external links on a space?
We're trying to assemble a list view that shows me the page with the external links on each page. How can we do this?
Thank you.
Hi Paul,
As far as I know Confluence doesn't have a built-in way to automatically list all the URLs on a space's pages.
One idea is to manually create a table on each page with an "External Links" column: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/How-to-use-Page-Properties-Macros-in-Confluence-Best-practices/ba-p/2370523
This could be a bit tedious to set up though. You might want to consider submitting a feature request to Atlassian for a simpler solution.
Hope this helps!
@Paul Rathgeb Maybe you already know this, but you can see the external links on a single page when viewing the page:
more options > Advanced details > Page Information > look in the Outgoing Links box
I'm not sure if there would be some way to grab this information for each page in a space and place it on another page.
Since you're on Premium, there might be some way to do this with Automation. There are many people experienced with Automation here in the community who might be able to offer ideas.

Thank you. It looks like this only shows the links for that single page, and not the child pages below it. I'd have to step through every page, of which there are thousands :-(
Thanks again for your effort!
