A copy button after text

kristin whitaker July 27, 2021

Is there a way to add a copy button after text so the reader can copy the line without having to highlight and copy.

example

So if they click the squares, the text in front of it will copy it and they can paste it somewhere else.

Thanks in advance!

I dont think that this is possible on normal text. At least Confluence doesn't have this functionality. Perhaps a addon could do this, and you might want to check the marketplace. However, this functionality is available on a code snippet, but you copy the whole code, and not an individual line:

Awesome, thanks!   I think that will work.

Is this available in Jira?

Because I don't see such a button in the ticket description code snippets

You can add a code snippet in the Description box (icon look like <>) in Jira
