Is there a way to add a copy button after text so the reader can copy the line without having to highlight and copy.

So if they click the squares, the text in front of it will copy it and they can paste it somewhere else.

I dont think that this is possible on normal text. At least Confluence doesn't have this functionality. Perhaps a addon could do this, and you might want to check the marketplace. However, this functionality is available on a code snippet, but you copy the whole code, and not an individual line:
