缩短confluence的启动时间

我在本地使用docker创建了confluence容器，我每次打开confluence容器后需要非常久的加载时间才能出现登陆页面，我本机的处理器和内存按理说完全够了（i7-12700H,内存64G）；有没有办法将这段时间缩短

@马先生 You should look at how to optimize the docker container / environment.  Sounds like your container is spinning up every time you access the application.
