「管理者がリクエストを却下しました。」と出てconfluenceにアクセスできない

自分が管理者アカウントのはずなのですが、「管理者がリクエストを却下しました。」と出てしまい、confluenceにアクセスできない状態になったのですが、どうすれば解決するでしょうか？
