"Content failed to load" error when opening page edit screen

Across our organisation we are experiencing an error (code: 3k9urj) when users are trying to edit pages using the new edit screen. The error appears as shown below when the edit button is pressed:

Pages using the old editing screen are still editable.

Is this an issue affecting other organisations and is there a workaround?

Is this an issue caused by current system maintenance?

One of our users had reported similar issue. She is admin of the space and unable to edit a particular page inside the space with an error 3k9urj.

Dear Krishna and Nicholas,

did you find a solution to this? I can't open my own draft document.

I have a similar error message but the code associated with this error: s77vg5

Thank you in advance

I saw the same issue with my page.

  • The code associated with this error: eqj0f

Thank you!

I have this same problem.

Does it mean that somebody editing the page in this moment and can't go there?

In my case it was unlikely, I was the only person editing. My issue was unresolved and I decided to start from scratch.

I resolved this. I copied the page and then the edit worked. Later I changed name pages and deleted the old version
