i have a pagetree search macro on my pages in confluence. they are the HTML files ion the page and are imported using a word doc on to this page.

now when i perform a search using the pagetree search, search displays no results.

please help!

Based on your description, it seems that the Confluence search index didn't update properly. Can you please try to do a rebuild of the content indices to see if it solves the issue? We have the documentation below:
