Hi folks
I'm looking for a tool/plug-in/add-on that can meet these following requirements:
1 - I have a custom template/form (a confluence knowledge space page) that has two fields: first_name and last_name.
2 - The customer records are in Jira.
What I'd like to do is allow the admin user to enter a Jira's record ID of a specific customer X in a search field then clicks on the "generate form" button.
The confluence is able to look up the Jira data set based on the input record ID and then extract the first_name value and the last_name value - based Jira record ID - and populate those values into the first_name and the last_name fields on the page/form.
The reason I need this is because our customer wants to export the template as a PDF file.
Is there a way to do this? Any tools/add-in/plug-in that provide a pointer so that I can traverse the lira data set and extract the desired record, then extract and populate the desired fields - first name and last name - into the custom form/page?
Any lead is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
John Nguyen
