Unable to share the page with other jira member

Hello,

I've created the page in confluence and wanted to share it with my team member but unable to do so. The member is already apart of jira board and project and have the administration rights as well but when I type name in the sharing I am unable to find that user.

How are the permissions set for accessing the space to confluence?

Do the other users already have access to confluence? This could be check in the via admin.atlassian.net -> Manage Product access
