Hello All!
Getting deep into Confluence over the last few months and have about 150 spaces created with category labels. Love that ability. Now starting to run into a couple of challenges to get sorted before we open it up to the rest of the team who have various levels of technical skills.
Each space carries at least 2 categories. A top level category and a sub-category. The Space Directory lists it by alphabetical order which I figured top level categories I can prefix with a number to pop those at the top. Curious if that's a good idea or not.
On the homepage I used the ''Space Index" macro which is cool but the categories drop down doesn't display them in alphabetical order but seems like it's ordered by date the category was created. Anyone notice that?
Basically I am looking for a good way to better organize and visualize for people the categories so it makes things easier to find for the link clickers. Love to hear what anyone else has done.
Thanks,
Aron
