Every single time anyone on my team changes a ticket status in Jira, an error popup of "Something's gone wrong" occurs, and then the ticket disappears from the screen.
1. Literally change the status of a ticket in ANY View on ANY screen
2. Get this error:
My team can't use Jira right now so this is pretty frustrating...
Hi Vick, only atlassian really has access to the logs. Please open a support ticket, the support team should be able to help you out.
Just circling back around for anyone stumbling across this. The issue was caused by JRACLOUD-69900 which affected many Cloud instances and has been fixed.
