Shouldn't there be a better way to manage organize blueprints?

Wouldn't it be better to have a Search on the Global Templates and Blueprints page?  Could the blueprints be organized into enabled and disabled sections?  Could they be organized by their blueprint category?  When working within the Global Templates and Blueprints page you are always returned to the top of the page and have to scroll back down to where you were.  

Is it just because we are working to implement the product and once were operational we won't disable/enable or edit templates/blueprints as much?  

How often are new blueprints added?  Assumption is that on add they are enabled and then enabled for all spaces?  Is it possible to have new blueprints viewable just to the admins and only enabled in spaces once the admins enable them for the instance?
