Restrict LDAP authentication to Group level

We have Configured Confluence with LDAP authentication, It is working with OU level Access but not with Group level Access from Microsoft Active Directory

In Brief:  If user is added to OU/Directory user is able to login into Confluence and jira, we are using the same OU for Jira and Conflunce and we have different users for Confluence and Jira, We have to restrict user to Group level (either Conflunce/Jira) , Please guide us.

Thanks in advance.
