Hello! Some how one of my pages was archived and when trying to restore it I get a error message of :
'' The archiving queue is full

You can contacted Atlassian Support for this. Might be it needs to update DB from Atlassian support. You will need to be an Administrator of Confluence to open a support case with Atlassian at:
https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
