Hi, I am not able to activate reset my confluence account to access Idemia documents. Yes I believe confluence must be hosted on cloud.

If you are on Cloud, then contact the confluence administrator of your instance to help with reseting the account.
If not(or if you are the admin of the account and there are no other admins on the instance), I will suggest reaching out to Atlassian support as they would be in the best position to assist you.
