Regarding android naugat version issue

Hello Support,

I am developing a chat application in android, but i don't receive any notification when app removed from recent. but its worked fine with Auto start permission. but issue is how to enable or open auto start permission activity . 
also clear the confusion that whatsapp never ask is always enabled event it never ask for permission.

I think you are in the wrong place.  This is a place for people to talk about Atlassian and their applications.  I think you might want to go to an Android Developer's forum?
