How do I create in app feedback within a confluence page?

There are a number of add-ons in the marketplace that can do this. Links are below. You could edit the page layout decorator under Confluence Admin -> Layouts to add in the macros to have it show on each page automatically. I have used ConfiForms extensively and I know it can do this, but I'm sure the other plugins could also do something like this as well.
