Process to upgrade Add-Ons from confluence 5 to 6 Edited

Is there any document available, which instructs on how to upgrade or modify custom add-ons that were developed for confluence 5 to confluence 6?

Sometimes the same Add-On which was written for confluence 5 will work on confluence 6 also. But just want to know the proper way to upgrade the custom Add-On.

Hi,

you should probably just check the add-on page on the Marketplace, it will be clearly shown what versions are supported.

Otherwise, just connect to the Marketplace from Confluence and you'll see what plugins are eligible to upgrades.

Thanks for the reply Alexis.

But I am looking for the process to modify or upgrade the custom add-ons that were developed by us for confluence 5 to work with confluence 6.

Thanks,
Shanker.
