I receive this when try to publish a document, it told me reload page and try to publish again. I can not revert to last publish to get off this loop.

I'm seeing the same error. Can't update any pages, using different browsers on different machines, same result. I found a separate link to a related bug, but this is definitely different, not multiple pages with the same name.

Similar if not the same problem occurs to me too: While published the page shows different text than when I try to edit it and shows the following error when I'm trying to update it:
