Prescripted template in Confluence

Jessica Larsson January 21, 2021

Hi!

I have a question. In my company today we're using Microsoft Word when we are writing documents. In Microsoft Word we have a prescripted template we open and then starting to fill in new data in to the template. It's very easy to use. Therefor, as our company is using Confluence even more we would like to have this prescripted template in Confluence as we start a new document. Is there any possibility to get it prescripted template in documents easily? It would facilitate a lot for us!

Best regards,
Jessica Hoelgaard, Sweden

Confluence has templates, you can create new ones for a particular space in the space tools or create global ones from the global admin section.

There's no import function for templates, but copy and paste from a word doc should at least get the basic stuff into a template
