Page tree not working in the Service desk version of my confluence page

Edited

We have Confluence pages working as Knowledge Base for our Service desk.

In the confluence page, we used the macro Page tree which works fine when visualizing the page in confluence. However if I open the exact same page through our service desk, the page tree doesn't expand to show the children pages.

We use the cloud version.
Anybody experiencing this problem too, or knows a solution?
