Page Properties Macro - Making Tables Have Multiple Columns

In the page properties macro documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/page-properties-macro-184550024.html

step 2 states to create a two column table. However, I can't do this because when I click the insert option in the bottom right (which is the only option I can see), it takes me straight to a single column. How do I add multiple columns?

Hi and Welcome,
Once inside of the page properties macro.
Press Cntrl + Shift + i to insert a new table, a dialog will ask you the size of the table as shown in the image:
