There was an extended outage today with media services for Cloud. The status page (https://status.atlassian.com/) says it's fixed but that people may still be having slowness. But we cannot access our site at all, and our sev 1 support ticket is just sitting there. Anyone else having problems?
The error is "Your Atlassian Cloud service is currently unavailable. If it’s around midnight it’s likely due to scheduled maintenance, and your page should be available again soon.
If your page hasn’t appeared again in 5-10 minutes, go ahead and create a support request."
Been 4+ hours. Our linked Jira instance seems fine.
