If I make a page with a meeting agenda, scheduled time, place, and participants, can it automatically be put onto a calendar?
Our current implementation of Confluence runs a script that pulls data from meeting pages and populates an ics file to use in iCal. Now that we have upgraded Confluence and added Team Calendar, I am looking for a more elegant solution.
Basically we have a need to make a page in advance of a meeting to post an agenda and participants list and reserve a room. We also use this to ensure a room or a participant is available to attend the planned meeting. Is there a good solution for this using Team Calendars, or is there something else I need?
