Hello, I have been asked to see if this is possible....Executives in a company make decisions that get recorded in Confluence and then those decisions are integrated into Jira as Issues.
The standard Confluence templates will get you very close to that example so it definitely is possible to fine tune it to your needs.
Hi Kat,
Can you at picture below. Is it possible to build a form like this in Confluence that is related decisions that gets made in DACI Register?
Thanks,
Michael

Thanks Kat. After you create Decision Blueprint, is there a way to have those decisions flow into Jira as an Issue?
