I'm looking for a case study or examples with screen shots of a KCS-enabled Atlassian suite to provide as inspiration to other Jira SM users wanting to adopt the KCS method for managing knowledge. Also, can anyone confirm if KCS is happening behind the scenes of this community forum and what platform this forum runs on?
