Keysight Database Connector Plugin (Free, Open Source)

Hi All,

We've released a new plugin for connecting to databases into the Atlassian Marketplace.  The plugin is free and open source.  The plugin is marked as beta because it's not had enough time to say the kinks are all worked out.
