I can not create new page.

I can not create new page, because of some connect error. I do not know how to resolve.

Please kindly help me to resolve issue.

I try to use Confulence as cloud free account.

I can not start my confulence trip and create new page because of cloud free account, is it correct?

Can you help me create a ticket?

I am not sure if i will be able to create one for you as free tier just has community support. I will check and let you know. 

You still not able to create new page ? Is the issue intermittent or keeps happening all the time? I hope you do not have any network issue at your side ?

Yes, I have not created any new page.

I try on many machine on Windows and Mac.

It is unbelieve that I can not create new page at first.

Please kindly help me how to resolve the issue.
